This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”) describes how the “Impulse Soft” application (hereinafter referred to as the “Application”) collects, uses and shares user information.

By using the Application, you consent to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Policy. Personal information collected is used to operate and improve the Application. Your information is not used or shared with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.

Information Collection and Use

The Application is intended for use by employees and clients of partner companies (hereinafter referred to as the “Companies”) to receive product lists, balances, prices, reports and other commercial information from these Companies and to send orders, returns and other documents to the Companies.

The Application can be used in demo mode. In this mode, the Application does not share personal information, such as device identifiers and other user-generated content. This information is used exclusively within the application itself.

In the working mode, the Application is used to exchange commercial information with Companies. In this case, the Company provides account data, and documents and other data created in the Application can be sent to the Company using this Application. Companies are solely responsible for processing the received data in accordance with their own privacy policies. By receiving account data from the Company and specifying them in the Application, you agree that the data that will be created in the Application can be transferred to the Developer and the relevant Company.

Technical, analytical and diagnostic data

To ensure stable operation and improve the functionality of the Application, analytics and error diagnostics services may be used that automatically collect technical information, including: information about crashes and errors; application usage events; device model; operating system version; device language and region; approximate time stamps of events. Such data: is used in aggregate form and is not intended to directly identify the user; is used exclusively for analytics, diagnostics and improvement of the Application. Such services may include, in particular, Firebase (Crashlytics, Analytics) or other similar platforms.

Data transfer to third parties

Data may be transferred to: the Developer, Companies, analytics and error diagnosis services. The data is not used for advertising purposes and is not sold to third parties.

Security

The Developer strives to use commercially acceptable means to protect the personal information received from you. However, since no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% safe and secure, the Developer cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Children's Privacy

The Application is not aimed at children and is not intended for persons under the age of 13.

Changes to the Policy

The Developer may periodically update the Policy. The current version is always available at the appropriate link.

Ця Політика конфіденційності (далі «Політика») описує, як додаток «Impulse Soft» (далі - «Додаток») збирає, використовує та передає інформацію користувачів.

Використовуючи додаток ви погоджуєтеся на збір і використання інформації відповідно до цієї Політики. Особиста інформація, яка збирається, використовується для роботи та покращення Додатку. Ваша інформація не використовується і не передається нікому, крім випадків, описаних у цій Політиці конфіденційності.

Збір і використання інформації

Додаток призначений для використання співробітниками та клієнтами компаній-партнерів (далі «Компаній») з метою отримання переліку товарів, залишків, цін, звітів та іншої комерційної інформації від цих Компаній та відправлення замовлень, повернень та інших документів Компаніям.

Додаток може використовуватися в демонстраційному режимі. В цьому режимі Додаток не передає особистої інформації, такої як ідентифікатори пристроїв та інший створений користувачами вміст. Ця інформація використовуються виключно в межах самого додатку.

В робочому режимі Додаток використовується для обміну комерційною інформацією з Компаніями. В цьому випадку Компанія надає дані облікового запису, а створені в Додатку документи та інші дані можуть бути переслані Компанії за допомогою цього Додатку. Компанії самостійно несуть відповідальність за обробку отриманих даних відповідно до власних політик конфіденційності. Отримавши дані облікового запису від Компанії та зазначивши їх в Додатку ви погоджуєтеся з тим, що дані, які будуть створені в Додатку можуть бути передані Розробнику та відповідній Компанії.

Технічні, аналітичні та діагностичні дані

Для забезпечення стабільної роботи та покращення функціональності Додатка можуть використовуватися сервіси аналітики та діагностики помилок, які автоматично збирають технічну інформацію, зокрема: інформацію про збої та помилки; події використання додатка; модель пристрою; версію операційної системи; мову та регіон пристрою; приблизні часові мітки подій. Такі дані: використовуються в агрегованому вигляді і не призначені для прямої ідентифікації користувача; застосовуються виключно для аналітики, діагностики та покращення роботи Додатка. До таких сервісів можуть належати, зокрема, Firebase (Crashlytics, Analytics) або інші аналогічні платформи.

Передача даних третім сторонам

Дані можуть передаватися: Розробнику, Компаніям, сервісам аналітики та діагностики помилок. Дані не використовуються для рекламних цілей і не продаються третім сторонам.

Безпека

Розробник прагне використовувати комерційно прийнятні засоби для захисту отриманої від вас особистої інформації. Але оскільки жоден метод передачі через Інтернет або метод електронного зберігання не є на 100% безпечним і надійним, Розробник не може гарантувати його абсолютну безпеку.

Конфіденційність дітей

Додаток не орієнтований на дітей і не призначений для осіб віком до 13 років.

Зміни до Політики

Розробник може періодично оновлювати Політику. Актуальна версія завжди доступна за відповідним посиланням.
